Give me justice, O God, and plead my cause against a nation that is faithless. From the deceitful and cunning rescue me, for you, O God, are my strength. (Psalm 43:1-2, Entrance Antiphon for Fifth Sunday of Lent)

Alpha Prayer Group

Alpha is not Catechism. “Alpha is for meeting Jesus. What I like in all that I have seen and heard about Alpha is the simplicity. For me, the Christian life has something to do with simplicity, friendship, closeness and joy. That’s what I feel about Alpha and I think that’s a sign that it works and that it’s given from the Lord.”- Cardinal Christoph Schönborn, Archbishop of Vienna, Austria

Do you need prayer? Come to the St. Mary's Prayer Group. We will pray for you.

The Alpha participants want to continue to meet weekly. So, with the help of our Alpha Worship band and commitment we will begin an open prayer group which will meet on Monday evenings- beginning Monday, February 6th. This group is an ecumenical group in that we welcome anyone to come to the group whenever they are able to.

Time: Monday evenings from 7-9 pm

Location: St. Mary’s Upper Room.
