Give me justice, O God, and plead my cause against a nation that is faithless. From the deceitful and cunning rescue me, for you, O God, are my strength. (Psalm 43:1-2, Entrance Antiphon for Fifth Sunday of Lent)

Catholic Apologetics

Currently not meeting. Stay tuned to something possibly in Lent.

1.  Apologetics means giving a reasoned explanation for the Faith.  This 7-week course will prepare you to explain and defend the Catholic Faith using Scripture, the teaching of the Early Church Fathers, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, and common sense.

2.  Whether you are trying to explain the Eucharist, the Papacy, Marian doctrines, prayer to the saints, confession to a priest, the origin of the Bible, purgatory, or other areas of Catholic belief or practice, this course will provide you with clear, concise answers – Catholic Answers!

3.  The study of Apologetics deepens and enriches our personal faith in Jesus Christ and the Catholic Church as the depository of God’s Truth.

4.  “Always be ready to give an explanation to anyone who asks you for a  reason for your hope…..” (1Peter 3:15-16)
