Employment Opportunity

Duties
1. Greet visitors and answer phones
2. Distribute mail and respond to mail as appropriate
3. Manage parish database and records
4. Orders supplies for office, sacristy, etc.
4. Support Pastor and Director of Business
5. Maintain Parish Calendar
6. Coordinate Mass Preparation and Volunteers
7. Record and coordinate sacraments (Baptisms, Weddings, and Funerals)
Qualifications
1. High School Degree required; Associates Degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a clerical setting.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Catholic Church setting.
4. Strong Organizational Skills
