Welcome to Our Parish

There are three goals that I have for our parish: that all of our parishioners would learn the faith more deeply; live that faith more ardently with the grace given through the sacraments and prayer; and that we would have a stronger and broader stewardship toward our parish. We have been doing these things, as does every parish, but it takes a deliberate and conscious effort to make these goals a living reality in the parish itself. A parish is made up of individuals, and the more each person takes these goals to heart, the more the parish as a whole can be a living witness of the Gospel and a brighter reflection of Christ Himself. People will be able to identify certain characteristics about that parish. It is my hope that our parish will exude the characteristics contained in the acronym HUG: Humility, Unity, and Gratitude.

Marian Devotions

The month of May is traditionally dedicated to our Blessed Mother, Mary. Join us at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday evenings during the month of May for a special Marian devotion. Seniors on the Go

Summer Events We welcome all seniors from the bi-parish to all of our events. Please contact Ann Newlander, if you are interested. Thursday, May 24 – Como Park Conservatory. We will carpool from St. Mary’s parking lot at 10:00 a.m., and stop for lunch before heading home. Tri-Parish Vacation Bible Camp

Children will participate in games, arts/crafts,skits and music.For questions and registration form see the SKY logo on the right side of the home page. Bible Camp will be held June 18-22 from 9:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. for children all children Pre K—Grade 4 (2012-2013 Grade / Pre K campers must be 4 years of age at time of registration.) Cookbook

The cookbooks are selling like hot cakes (pun intended)! Our two goals for this fun project were to have a wonderful community building event and raise money for our parishes. We are well on our way to accomplishing both of our goals thanks to our hardworking cookbook committee and all of you who submitted recipes and who are purchasing cookbooks!
